Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?

My WhatsApp account won't get banned, will it?

Waslo uses the official multi-device WhatsApp Web protocol, the same one your laptop uses. Rate-limited, human-paced replies, and we auto-reconnect if disconnected — keeping the ban risk very low.

Question 3

What's a "credit," exactly?

Accepted Answer

1 credit ≈ 1 text reply. Anything the AI has to look at or listen to — a voice note, photo, video or PDF — costs 3, because it uses the multimodal model. Follow-ups cost 1. Each extra WhatsApp number is a one-time 1,500 credits, not monthly. The starter pack is 600 credits for $9, enough to test it on real customers.

What happens when AI gets stuck or asked something it shouldn't answer?
